Where can I get RIFTMAUL?
RIFTMAUL is currently in testing for Android. A public release date and download link will be announced here. Existing invited testers can use their Google Play testing invitation.
Is RIFTMAUL available on PC or iPhone?
The current release is being prepared for Android. No PC or iPhone release has been announced.
How do I report a purchase problem?
Include the item name, game version, and any error message in your email. Don't purchase the same item again to troubleshoot. Never send your card details or Google password.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your Android device, open Google Play, select your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select the RIFTMAUL subscription and follow the cancellation steps. Uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription.
Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?
Ad availability depends on your connection and the ad provider. If an ad cannot load or the reward requirements are not completed, an ad-related reward is not granted. Please include the on-screen message when reporting a problem.
Can I share gameplay or cover the game?
