Data deletion

RIFTMAUL does not currently create LouMi Studios user accounts. You can still remove local game data and request deletion of personal information you have sent us.

Request deletion from LouMi Studios

Email support@loumistudios.com with the subject RIFTMAUL data deletion request. Send it from the address used to contact support and describe the information you want removed, such as a support conversation or its attachments. No payment or game account is required.

We will review your request, confirm identity where necessary and explain the outcome. We can delete support messages and attachments under our control. We may retain records needed for a legal obligation, unresolved purchase dispute or fraud investigation, and will explain any applicable exception. We cannot delete Google, YouTube or Microsoft account data on your behalf. Do not email passwords, payment-card details or purchase tokens.

Remove data stored on your phone

  1. Open Android Settings > Apps > RIFTMAUL.
  2. Open Storage or Storage & cache.
  3. Select Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.

This permanently removes local progress, settings and credit balances. Menu names vary by phone. Check your Android backup settings if you also want to remove backed-up app data. LouMi Studios does not hold a cloud copy of your game save.

Purchases and subscriptions

Clearing data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription or erase Google's transaction records. Consumed credit packs and local balances are not guaranteed to be restored. Eligible non-consumable purchases can be checked using the game's purchase restoration feature with the purchasing Google Play account.

To cancel your subscription, open Google Play subscriptions, select RIFTMAUL and follow the cancellation instructions. For Google-held data, use Google Account data and privacy controls.

Use the game's Privacy Choices option when available and your Android advertising settings to manage consent and advertising identifiers. See our privacy policy for the services used and retention information.
