LOUMI STUDIOS / RIFTMAUL

Privacy policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This policy describes how LouMi Studios handles information in RIFTMAUL for Android (package com.rawpro.riftmaul) and on loumistudios.com. Contact us at support@loumistudios.com about privacy or your information.

Game data on your device

RIFTMAUL stores progress, checkpoints, settings, credit balances and purchase-related records on your device to operate the game and deliver purchased items. The current game does not create a LouMi Studios account or upload your saved progress to a LouMi cloud-save service. Clearing app storage can permanently erase progress and consumed credit balances.

Review access codes

If you redeem a review access code, the game sends the code and a randomly generated installation identifier to our HTTPS service hosted on DigitalOcean. We store a hash of the code, its redemption count, the installation identifier, grant status and access-check timestamps to enforce redemption limits, remember access and prevent abuse. The service uses IP addresses temporarily for rate limiting, and the hosting server may retain access and security logs. No Google password or payment-card information is sent. Review access uses separate local progress and is not a Google Play purchase. A signed access grant is saved on your device and can work offline for up to seven days after verification. You can request deletion of server-held review access records at support@loumistudios.com; include the access reference available in the review dialog. Deletion or revocation ends this access at the next check or when the offline grant expires. Clearing app data creates a new installation identifier and may require another redemption.

Google Play Games sign-in

RIFTMAUL uses Google Play Games Services to sign in and display your gamer name. Google shares your gamer identity with the game and its SDK collects analytics and diagnostic data for service stability and improvement. The game uses your display name in memory for connection status. When signed in, Marathon kill scores are submitted to Google Play Games for rankings after cleared waves and at the end of a run. Your gamer identity and scores may be visible to other players according to your Google Play Games profile settings. This integration does not upload your local saves or unlock achievements. Gameplay remains available without successful sign-in. Manage your Play Games account in Google's settings and delete Google-managed game data through your Play Games profile or Google Account. See Google's Play Games data disclosure for provider details.

Google Play purchases and updates

Google Play processes payments for weapons, credit packs and subscriptions. The game uses product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase status and subscription information to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate delivery and restore eligible purchases. A randomly generated installation identifier is provided to Google Play for credit-pack purchases to associate delivery with the installation. Purchase-related records are cached locally. LouMi Studios does not receive your full payment-card details or Google password. Google also handles Play update checks and may make order information available to us for purchase support.

Advertising and privacy choices

Starting with version 0.21.100, the Android game integrates Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads and ironSource Ads, including Ad Quality monitoring. These advertising services can collect and share IP addresses and approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, purchase-related information, and diagnostic and performance information. Processing supports advertising, measurement, ad quality, fraud prevention and service operation; it depends on your choices, device settings and provider configuration. RIFTMAUL does not request precise GPS location for gameplay. Earlier versions used Google AdMob and Google's consent tools.

The game asks for an ad privacy choice before initializing the new ad services. From version 0.21.101, the available ad modes are limited ads and personalized ads. Selecting a mode and saving allows the ad services to access and store device information for that mode. Limited ads send signals declining personalized targeting and opting out of sale or sharing; they still involve data processing to deliver and measure ads. You can defer consent with Not now, or change or withdraw consent through Settings > Ads > Privacy Choices. Without consent, the game does not initialize these ad services or request new ads, and ad-based checkpoint recovery is unavailable. A previous No ads choice is not converted into consent; the game asks again. Privacy choices do not grant paid Ad-Free benefits. Withdrawing consent stops new ad requests but does not erase data already processed or undo SDK initialization earlier in the session. Device advertising settings and provider deletion options are also available. An ad-free subscription does not remove data processing necessary for purchases, updates or support.

Website and trailer

Our website is hosted on DigitalOcean. The server may record IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and errors in access and security logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not add a separate website analytics tracker. Your music on/off preference is stored locally in your browser; clearing site data removes that preference.

The trailer uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced embedded player. When that player loads or you interact with it, your browser connects to Google/YouTube, which can receive your IP address and device/browser information and use storage or cookies under its own policies. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no data is processed. Other website images, fonts and scripts are served from our site.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the details, attachments and purchase references you choose to send. We use these to respond, troubleshoot and resolve requests. Our mailbox uses Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. Do not send passwords, card numbers or verification codes.

Sharing and service providers

Information is processed by the services described above to provide hosting, email, advertising and purchases. These providers may process information outside your country. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse and protect users. We do not sell support correspondence.

Provider information: Unity game-player and app-user privacy policy, Unity Ads data disclosure, LevelPlay privacy resources, Google privacy policy, AdMob data disclosure for earlier versions, DigitalOcean privacy policy, Microsoft privacy statement, and GoDaddy privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Device saves remain until you clear app storage or remove the app, subject to your Android backup settings. We retain support correspondence for handling your request and related follow-up, and server logs for operation, security and troubleshooting. You may request deletion of information we hold about you. Records needed for legal obligations, unresolved disputes or fraud prevention may be retained for those purposes. Provider-managed records, including Google Play transactions, follow the provider's retention policies.

See data deletion and privacy requests for the steps, data covered and important purchase warnings.

Your choices and security

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, withdraw consent or complain to a local data-protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need to confirm that the information belongs to you. We use HTTPS on the website and limit access to support information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

RIFTMAUL is an action game with violence and is not directed at children. Follow the age rating displayed for your region on Google Play. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game, website or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
